I also guide the pole to the hole we dugout. I back fill the hole after the power pole is set. I would also operate the derrick digger truck to pull and set the power poles. Supported team members by sharing knowledge of proper tool usage, safety procedures, and other essential skills for job success.

I swamped for the operators when we were digging a trench to put the fiber duct in. I also located for the bore machine. Then I would splice the ducts together. I would set peds and hand holes.

I would shovel dirt and gravel. I also would check grade for building pads. I operated a flat roller and a sheeps foot roller depending on if it was gravel or dirt. Also operated a skid steer to grade out shoulders and roads.
