Implement and follow each individual’s Individual Support Plan (ISP) and Behavior Support Plan (BSP)
Assist individuals with activities of daily living (ADLs), including hygiene, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation
Administer medications as prescribed and accurately document in eMAR.
Monitor and document behaviors, mood changes, and overall well-being throughout the shift
