I am a hardworking cook with a positive attitude. My first restaurant was a Japanese Steakhouse and Sushi bar, and I would still work there if it wasn't located in Kirksville, Missouri. I have gotten a lot of valuable experience working in a larger, corporate kitchen at Cooper's Hawk, but I would love to get back into a sushi restaurant, particularly one that is locally-owned, because I am much more passionate about that type of work.
