Two years volunteering as a mentor for at risk youth in foster care with intellectual disability’s.
Aided in teaching S.T.A.R.S classes. (Training classes for foster parents).
Lived in level B and C foster homes and residential facilities. I interacted with kids with intellectual disability’s and aided and learned how to interact and redirect from the staff and foster parents I lived with.
I currently live with and provide care for my disabled Grandma.
