My expertise in temperature control and conflict resolution has driven success in fast-paced environments. Achievements include optimizing shipping procedures and improving safety standards, showcasing my commitment to excellence and ability to meet critical deadlines.

My job at Coldpoint Logistics was defined by conflict resolution between other employees and between employees and management. On several occasions calming down other workers so that they wouldn't quit the job or talk to the team leaders to explain the situation and find a solution.

My assorted position show that I am not afraid to take orders from people who know more than me, however my ability to ask questions and investigate independently has led to the improvement of every job I have held, Order filling and truck loading at Coldpoint Logistics and Mr. Longarm, Customer satisfaction at Casey's and Dollar General. Meanwhile my time as a farm hand has given me a good understanding of animal protection, rearing, feeding, cleaning. While also enhancing my understanding of basic engineering in construction and demolition.

I would also like to state for the record that before my appointed assignment for the Peace Corps I plan to complete as many of the almost 200 ISP courses offered by FEMA before I am to leave to maximize my effectiveness.
