Throughout my tenure as the Small Package Handler for Mr. Longarm I have improved both small and bulk shipments by way of altering existing systems to operate at a much better efficiency and success rate. I have successfully navigated and deepened not only my own but other workers understanding of the Operating Systems for both UPS and FedEx. I have solved both mechanical and software issues with computers, conveyor belts, pressurized air machines, Forklifts, and other job specific machines.

This job would often rotate between me working alone and me working with a crew of 2 to 5 people in the loading and unloading of trailers, some of which were to travel overseas, while maintaining shipments integrity and guaranteeing its prompt arrival.
