I worked at my mother’s law firm for six years, where I developed a wide range of skills while supporting both administrative and client-facing tasks. I efficiently managed time by scheduling consultations and meetings, overseeing her calendar, and ensuring smooth communication with clients. As the primary point of contact in the waiting area, I fostered strong relationships with clients, addressing their concerns and keeping my mother informed, which significantly enhanced my customer service abilities. Additionally, I assisted with organizing and labeling evidence and motions, honing my organizational skills and solidifying my work ethic in a fast-paced environment.
As well as working at my mother's firm, for the past seven years, I’ve taken on the responsibility of caring for my two youngest siblings—my brother (now 7) and my sister (now 4). I began babysitting when my brother was an infant, and have continued to support my family by helping raise both children with patience, consistency, and care. My responsibilities have included meal preparation, bedtime routines, creating engaging and age-appropriate activities, managing minor conflicts, and ensuring a safe, nurturing environment. This hands-on experience has taught me strong time management, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as how to stay calm and flexible in fast-changing situations.
