- Managing Self Perform scopes including concrete, masonry, carpentry and misc. steel. Oversee day to day operations. Managing budget and making sure project meets schedule and owners expectations. Close working relationships with architects, engineers, subcontractors, suppliers. Most current project was being part of a team building a $150 mil. 14 story office building as well as a 6-story 2,500 stall parking garage. This garage was designed using precast with approximately 1250 pieces.
- I was the lead Self Perform Project Manager for the parking garage contract valued at $35 million. I reported to the Senior PM, but I handled the day to day operations. I assisted estimating the project, handled all submittals RFIs and was also responsible for the financial management as well. I would attend weekly OAC meetings that I was the lead spokesman for along with my Superintendent

- I would help build the budgets for upcoming projects that I would be managing.
- Handle the day to day operations working closely with Superintendent.
- Most recent project was a $50 million Storm Shelter Addition for Liberty Public Schools. There were 3 Storm Shelters at 3 separate schools. Essentially all operated as their own project. The shelters were precast structures with a steel framed cat walk. The Storm Shelter also included what was a full gymnasium and theatre area. These areas required in depth MEP coordination.
- While managing the Storm Shelters I managed multiple quick hitting summer classroom renovations. These projects were on tight schedules that I closely managed with my Superintendent. All 4 of the classroom renovation teams I was apart of successfully finished on or before schedule.
