Make sure inventory was on hand that is needed to paint the cabinets, and if I needed anything I had to order it from the vendors. Gather all the face frames, doors, and panels that is needed to finish the cabinets. I had one guy under me that I had to make sure that he had everything that he needed to stain the cabinets. Clean and change filters once a week, make sure the paint booth and my painting area stayed clean so no dirt or dust got in the cabinets.
