Most of my free time is spent reading books to strengthen my mind and spirit. I've been fascinated since a child, with Philosophy of the ancients, their study of humanity, the world and our place within it. History and Theology to me, is where we can learn the most of ourselves. The rest of my free time is spent on insuring my body is strong and a healthy vessel for my mind and spirit. Golf has been a passion of mine due to its challenge and requirement of focus on the details. I've always discovered fulfillment for me, resides on the other side of challenge I overcome. I also enjoy studying food, pharmacon and their respective effects on the body.
