I am a skilled Multi-Capable Aerospace Propulsion Mechanic with advanced abilities in reading technical documentation, operating testing equipment and diagnosing and correcting issues with electrical, mechanical and control systems. Meticulous and systematic with good decision-making abilities. Expand knowledge by engaging in tasks outside my career field to help with mission readiness. Seek to apply twelve years' experience in this field and take on new position in high success rate environment. Examples of abilities and operations include;

Current responsibilities are teaching young airman to become volatile and eager in this career field. The current shop is faced with an issue that hasn't had to be addressed before. Age/knowledge gap is significant and the most important problem on hand. It is important that I stay approachable and knowledgeable so that these airmen are confident in performing daunting tasks in high stress level situations. Furthermore, my responsibilities include diagnosing, troubleshooting, correcting and replacing engine and prop components.

As I work with personnel, I help them set goals and exceed them through positive reinforcement. It is imperative that I set the example for all airmen. To ensure this, I stay up to date on all training, medical, and career advancement opportunities. These include, but are not limited to;
