  • Data Analysis - Provide detailed analytics of data using SQL/Alteryx to compile Excel and PowerPoint presentations. Ranging from short term adhocs to long term initiatives.
  • Process Creation - create semi-automated processes to facilitate daily, weekly and monthly remediation on accounts.
  • Process Maintenance - run processes on a daily basis including nights, weekend and holidays to accommodate customer needs. Open Tickets and communicate with stakeholders to fix breaks and update existing processes.
  • Procedure Creation - Provide detailed steps to perform processes in accordance with business and stakeholder needs. Use Microsoft Word to list step-by-step instruction, so anyone can run a process.
  • Business Requirement Documentation - Work with Controls dept to make sure all processes and Data Analytics are in accordance with Regulatory metrics.
  • Project Management - Work start to finish with stakeholders and peers to implement new strategies for better customer care.
  • Account Remediation - Work manual and batch adjustments to customer accounts in a timely manner.
  • Administrative Management - work with senior leadership to assist with monthly reporting, dashboards and presentations.
  • Software Solutions Training - Take regular training to stay up to date with software including but not limited to Alteryx, Intelligent solutions, Tableau, and SQL/Teradata.
