Duties: Directed the Children's & Middle School Ministry serving 120 kids/teens from newborn to 8th grade, supported by over 90 dedicated volunteers. Developed and implemented age-appropriate curricula, visuals, music, and videos, and managed coordinators for various ministries, including Early Childhood, Sunday School, Kidz Church, JBQ, Girls' and Boys' Ministries, and Middle School. Connections Ministry Assistant ('04 to'08) - Duties: Responsible for coordinating, planning, and organizing a variety of events and activities. This included managing small group celebrations, orientations, leadership meetings, and guest welcome luncheons, as well as conducting membership classes at multiple levels. Additionally, I oversaw the Thanksgiving outreach for 200 families, maintained small group records, handled communication and publications, managed the budget, and prepared for various events and meetings.


Assimilation Coordinator ('06 to '08) - Duties: Along with the role of Connections Ministry Assistant, I assumed the role of Assimilation Coordinator. This included the Greeters, Ushers, Guest Welcome Reception, Follow-up Team, and Parking-Lot Team. Under my leadership, the retention rate improved significantly, rising from 23% to 82% in just one year.
