I entered the electroplating industry 12 years ago as an entry level electroplaters' helper. Since doing so I have developed many skills above and beyond that position. In that span of 12 years I have completed an apprenticeship to become a journeyman electroplater, progressed into a industrial maintenance position and then stepped into a assistant plant manager role that later led to me becoming the plant manager. After becoming plant manager I made facility and process improvements to enhance the efficiency of our operation. I have built many strong business relations with customers, employees and suppliers alike. This is an ability that will serve me greatly in any position moving forward.
