Migrated antiquated, disaggregated tracking mechanisms into a single, streamlined Microsoft Teams hub, resulting in transparency, accelerated information flow, and immense reduction in phone traffic.

Led the 393rd Bomb Squadron Commander's support staff. Processed thousands of performance reviews, citations, and decorations annually. Organized a hand selected team to ensure personnel records were correct, complete, and processed on time. Managed the Squadron schedule of events and ceremonies, and worked closely with colleagues to synchronize evaluation schedules.
