- At CBH, I work as a case manager connecting our clients with necessary resources in the community. I attend and organize community outreach events and market our services to those who are in need. My role also requires me to collect and input data as well as organize and manage necessary consent documentation. Our department is in charge of the distribution of medical records in accordance with HIPAA guidelines. In my role, I do a lot of writing, speaking on the phone, scheduling, and am required to handle classified information with care.
