- I started off in the Burger room running the machine that makes the turkey burgers. I had to make sure we was doing the right product and from the right date.
- I had to inspect the patties to make sure they where in spec.
- I would have to help on the line when needed when someone was gone.
- From stacking the patties, to putting the patties in the plastic mold, to putting them in the patties boxes.
- I had to then package the patty boxes in the boxes to palatize, also palatize the boxes.
- I was able to drive a pallet jack to also go get the product we needed.
- I had to get supplies for the right product and scan and hand wrap the pallets and take them to shipping.
- I moved to the blending room where I run the grinders.
- I have to make sure we are running the right product to send to the blenders.
- I have to take samples of the product and temp it to make sure it's in spec.
- I also drive the pallet jack to get the product we need.
