I have been working in a software company for 8 years. I started in the technical support department, handling tasks related to system support and customer service. I worked directly with clients, conducted both in-person and remote training sessions, performed application testing, documentation, traveled for system implementation, managed databases, handled data migration, SQL queries, and more. Over the last 3 years, I transitioned to the development department, where I carried out system modifications, fixes, and new annual projects. I was responsible for both the development and the support aspects, including implementation.
Throughout my time at the company, I undertook various tasks, always learning and seizing opportunities to take on more work, acquire new tools and knowledge, assume additional responsibilities, and assist wherever needed to facilitate the completion of tasks.
I stood out at the communication level, carrying out training in the use of the system to hundreds of users in person and remotely, always feeling very comfortable and performing well.
