As a dispatcher I am responsible for the operation and communication of package flow to ensure that we are able to make service for all packages. I also sent out emails detailing the load order and volume to LLAR's. My job as a load planner is to keep track of package count and containers built, this comes with the challenge of planning the load of multiple planes and having the communication with management if we run out of room for containers.

As a part-time supervisor I was responsible for the operation of the local sort as well as the timecards of each employee. I was also a Plane Load Supervisor in which I was responsible for the loading and security of the planes at MCI.
