In 2011, the physicians would write out hand written orders, which i would be in charge of charting for them and making sure they were carried out in a timely manner. I was also in charge of an answering the telephone, faxing papers as needed, making photo copies, and if a patient needed appointments made prior to discharge i would make those for the patients.
