• A team leader is needed to monitor and review the organization’s insurance and claims management, which requires taskforce in handling risks in third party liability, accident and property damage claims, insurance undertaking, property risk survey, and event liability assessment.
• Develops and maintains SOPs and Manuals for claims management related procedures in compliance with company policies.
• mplements systems, policies and procedures for the identification, collection and analysis of claims related information.
• Liaise with loss adjusters, insurance carriers and brokers on the insurance claim process and the terms and conditions of the insurance policies that fulfill and fit in the company’s business objectives and needs.
• Leads and directs the negotiation of guests’ claims.
• Provides advice on handling claims and claimants in a way to reduce or mitigate the company’s liability and risks in the incident.
• Evaluates and analyzes the data concerning critical events, third party property damage, injuries, and claims.
• Analyzes the claims trends and the settlement with historical claims and settlement data.

Operation Monitoring - Watching gauges, dials, or other indicators to make sure a machine is working properly. Manager is responsible for the safety of the site and ensures the efficiency of operating activities. Auxiliary systems to assure safety and provides timely accurate information. Supervises and directs employees work assignments.
