I am currently a student at the University of Missouri Kansas City majoring in Nursing. I have worked as a pharmacy technician for over two years now and at this time I am only working their on holidays. I have also worked many volunteer hours. Some places I have volunteered at are The Little Explorer's Day Care, Churches, The Special Olympics place, a community breakfast, a turkey supper, and I have participated in trash pickups in my neighborhood. I participated in many things while in high school such as BETA club, FFA, FBLA, NHS, Speech and Debate, Choir, and Cheerleading. I feel that being so involved in and outside of school has made me great with teamwork, efficiency, and time management. I am excited to be working with new people and in a new enviroment. This can help me in my future when I become a nurse. I think that I would be a great fit because I already have some skills working in the medical field and with patient care, I enjoy helping others, and I am not only a great multitasker but also a fast learner.
