  • Deescalate deregulated client by allowing individuals to ventilate while being provide support and validation.
  • Provide telephonic support to clients transferred from the Crisis Line to the Peer Line. Process referrals to the EPICC Peer Program.
  • Promote awareness on the 988 Crisis Line, and providing education on what one might expect when reaching out.
  • Contribute to a healthy working environment for the entire team. Model and mentor oncoming Certified Peer Specialists.
