Primary Role is Operating the Oven:

  • Efficiently pull food out of the oven, adding sauces or cutting pizza's where needed, boxing them up, and finally sorting those items into their orders.
  • Identifying messed up or missing food and requesting a remake from the makeline staff.
  • Maintaining organization around the oven and its cut table to maximize efficiency.
  • Inform delivery drivers of what orders are ready to hasten delivery times.
  • Call out when Carryout orders are ready to keep waiting customers and makeline staff informed, hastening customers receiving their orders.


Perform secondary tasks when there is a gap of food coming out of the oven:

  • Help customers at the front counter or over the phone by answering questions, place their orders, or handing over their completed orders.
  • Prepare Food (While making sure to prioritize what will run out the earliest and preparing a quantity that wouldn't exceed how much we will need before it expires.)
  • Clean the store (especially the oven area and the makeline)
  • Assist the makeline with making food, restocking their food out of storage, or giving them the pizza's screen that came out of the oven.
  • Hasten delivery times by placing delivery orders into delivery bags.
  • Unload the truck: Take items out of wire cages, place dates on them, then transporting those items to where they are stored.
  • Examine what food is prepped, how well the makeline is doing, How well the drivers are doing, and how cleanly the store is to know which of the above tasks to prioritize,
