Work closely with senior commercials and assist on confidential documents linked to company projects and bidding. Control over documentation modification, distribution, issuance (as per procedure) during its whole lifecycle with design and commercial team.

Maintain workflow and documentation with the Defect and Liability Period team during the whole process of issuance of rectification list to final approval. Assist senior managers with the book keeping of final project completion and reports.

Liaison with RSS team document controllers with documentation works and workflow of defect list and handover list between contractors and client.

Work closely with MEP Project leader and team members. Review and update of technical documents (such as manuals, drawing, workflow, materials and specification), distribution of project related copies to internal and client side. Manage the flow of documentation within the team. Maintain confidentiality around sensitive information and terms of agreement with client (WDD).

Act as the face and first point of contact to arriving guests, presenting the Hotel organization. Upholding the hotel's culture and policy at all times. Arranging travel plans, answer inquiries by phone call or personally to guests. Go beyond the limit for guests satisfactory during their stay in the hotel.
