Summary

As an executive administrator in nonprofit, business, and education I have supervised teams comprised of 2-320 employees/faculty. I have managed budgets upward of 15 million dollars per year. I have utilized a capital campaign to secure 2.5 million dollars in funding, while also lobbying for HSI and low-socioeconomic initiatives. I have led two successful turnaround projects for two different K-12 school districts in Texas. I have worked with the State of Texas on investigating and remediating the problem of over identifying low socioeconomic and minority students into special education. I have led Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, Crisis Prevention, and Behavioral Supports and Intervention for both K-12 and Higher Education. I believe my unique blend of job experiences/skill sets has enabled me to be successful in any and all administrative/leadership endeavors.
