Piper Erickson

While going to Blue Springs High School, I take on many roles of leadership. I am very involved in the Youth Advisory Council, which is a club specifically based on community service. Being a part of that has built my leadership and communication skills. In Youth Advisory Council we have done many works of community service including harvesters and meals on wheels. I am also in the Blue Springs chamber choir and acapella choir. Being in the top choir has taught me the importance in setting a good example for underclassmen who are also involved in choir. Outside of school, I enjoy being around friends and building relationships with new people. Doing activities with my friend group has impacted my teamwork skills, communication skills, and ability to empathize which is very important in any area of employment.
