Led control account management for multiple projects in parts testing division at Honeywell plant.
Collaborated with key stakeholders to advance parts testing initiatives at Honeywell FM&T.
As each part had to be tested to high DOE standards, developing test equipment was a major multi-year effort.
I was in charge of ensuring that the schedule was being tracked on the P6 system, and that the funding was appropriate for the project.
I would run consistent, weekly or bi-weekly depending on the project, to ensure that the project was on track.
Collected data on testing team issues and presented findings to upper management for funding requests and milestone adjustments.
This role has me constantly working with the production and development teams, as well as upper management, and helping each team understand the need of the other team.
