Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure training checklists and materials are properly used and completed.
• Train new hires on food preparation, safety, sanitation, and customer service.
• Perform deep cleaning tasks (grill, line, kitchen, bathrooms, dining area).
• Properly shut down cooking equipment and follow sanitation protocols.
• Cook meats (chicken, steak, carnitas, etc.) to the proper temperature.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of the grill or prep station.
• Uphold and promote a positive team culture and adherence to standards.
