managed claimant calls, processed claims and adjudicated decisions, conducted Fact-Finding interviews, and advised claimants and employers on their rights and responsibilities related to unemployment insurance laws

• This role includes managing staffing functions, recruiting and hiring employees, implementing company policies, addressing staffing or disciplinary issues, monitoring employees' performance, and working with executive management to develop staffing plans
• Additionally, I manage candidate inventory, provide leadership and counseling to personnel, work on sourcing and recruiting, and handle customer services

• Clinical settings included Family Practice, Urgent Care, Dermatology, and even some Neuroscience
• Duties include taking patient medical histories, preparing patients for examinations, assisting the physician during exams, preparing, and administering medications as directed by a physician, and authorizing prescription refills as directed
