Fenton

Summary

It is my desire to obtain an assistant principal position in which I will have the opportunity to utilize the skills I have obtained in my years in education serving the Windsor C-1 community. I have 24 years of teaching expertise and as an educational leader. I am honored to have served as the administrator during the 2016- 2023 Enrichment Summer School Program at Windsor Elementary. My current position is as a second-grade teacher, where I currently serve as the Learning Improvement Team (LIT) Leader overseeing seven teachers. In addition to my experience as a teacher, I have sat on committees and boards that have worked very hard with making decisions that have a positive impact on students and the school community. These roles have prepared me to see through multiple lenses and act on what is best for the students and the school community. My efforts have helped increase student achievement and positive behaviors as a result of my collaborative work with teachers, staff, parents, and community. Resourceful professional in the field of education administration, recognized for exceptional productivity and efficiency in task completion. Skilled in strategic planning, curriculum development, and staff management. Excel at communication, problem-solving, and leadership, ensuring successful educational outcomes and fostering positive environments for both students and staff.
