I have over 35 years of food service and management experience. This includes the last 8 years with Dining by Design. Before Covid, we had 4 corporate cafes. My job was to oversee each cafe to make sure they were all following written guidelines and following all recipes. I would then assess everything and make changes as needed. These changes was to make sure each cafe was following the written guidelines as well as to cut waste and increase revenue. After Covid, three of the 4 cafes were closed due to insufficient employees within the building. My office was moved to our Kraft/Heinz location. Where I was over all ordering, staffing needs, as well as daily deposits and invoices. Since overseeing all aspects of the cafe, I was able to increase the total revenue from $240,000.00 to this last year where the total revenue was over $500,000.00.
