Teach basic troubleshooting and diagnosing of industrial equipment including; slides, clamps, lift and tilts, roll-up doors, conveyors, turntables, trunnions, nut and stud feeders, adhesive units, clench stations, light curtains, electrode and tip changes, servo motors, nut runners, and ENET/DNET, repair/rebuild of cylinders, Rivnut guns, Leoni dress packs, HMI and pendant navigation, point touchups and assist with on-site run support and employee training on Fanuc, ABB, Nelson, Nordson, Emhart, Lincoln, Bollhoff equipment.
Service Manager/Shop Foreman: Responsibilities included diagnosing customer equipment for repairs, delegating tasks to the service shop, supervising repairs, ensuring correct parts were ordered to complete repairs, reviewing completion of work orders, and updating customers on repair progress. When work load required it, I would fill a technician spot or go to the field to complete major on-site repairs.

I was selected by the Colonel of Marine Forces Europe to attach with the unit as the Georgian Deployment Program International Security Assistance Force Non-Commissioned Officer in charge. While deployed to the country of Georgia, I was responsible for the accountability and movement of 6,500 troops during training exercises from Georgia to Germany and combat deployments from Georgia to Afghanistan. In addition to personnel accountability, I was responsible for overseeing, ordering, distributing and accounting for more than five million dollars of gear and supplies. My responsibilities were split between troop training, field operations, and logistical duties at the United Stated Embassy in Tbilisi, Georgia. I was awarded a Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal for the performance of my duties.
