Operator in an Ashless Dispersant Unit. Responsible for managing and controlling 6 reactors utilizing multiple heating and cooling systems at both positive and negative pressure settings in the production of various ashless dispersant products.
Operate 1 pressure leaf filter and 1 cartridge filter. Transfer finished product to adjacent units as needed to achieve production goals.
Load and Unload all hazardous and non-hazardous raw materials and finished products from trucks, isotainers, and railcars.

Primary role a Plant Operator of Sodium Hydrosulfide (NaHS) Plant controlling the processes of both continuous and batch reactors scrubbing H2S gas through Aqueous Caustic and Water solution to prevent the release of H2S gas into the atmosphere. Safely start-up, shutdown, and troubleshoot all process equipment, monitoring flow, pH, densities, temperatures, and levels.
