- Oversaw the entire department from drivers to the customer all aspects of the department,
- In November of 2022 I set up and transferred the entire customer base from quickbooks to a system that was designed for trash companies the software was Trash Flow.
- After I set the new system up with many hours of training with the new software company i was able to run the whole department from setting up new customers to routing and billing and collections. The customer base was approximately 2000 Customers when i started when they sold the company we were right at 2500 customers integrated into 5 Routes and 2 Contracted Routes. Some customers we weekly serviced some were daily serviced my goal was to run the department in the most cost efficient to the customer and the company. Most customers knew me by name when they called in. Customer service is a very strong skill i have with out the customers there is no job, i would evaluate the customers needs and come up with a schedule for there waste removal as well as what was cost concretive to the customer as well as to the company.
- While customers were the main objective in my position, i also had to make sure that i was looking out for the best interest of the company and the drivers as well.
