The ASIST and V-Model are techniques by which the crisis worker explores and begins to understand the world of the client, and results in the crisis worker and client agreeing on a plan of action
Effectively triaged and answered incoming calls from 4 different crisis hotline centers
Maintained clear and concise documentation of client call notes which allows for immediate access to client records/assessments, resources utilized, intervention plans, and progress of treatment
Documentation should also protect clients’ privacy to the extent that is possible and appropriate
Successfully executed wellness checks to police departments for callers who are believed to be in imminent danger
