Installed and wired electrical transformers, service panels, and circuit breakers. Installed, maintained, repaired, and tested equipment for electricity generation and utilization. Worked from ladders, scaffolds and lifts to install, maintain, or repair electrical wiring equipment and lighting fixtures in ceilings, on roofs and on towers. Inspected electrical systems, equipment and components to identify hazards, defects, and repair requirements.

Tasked with many aspects of remodeling, such as demoing an area down to studs; rewiring; plumbing supply and waste; sheetrock; fixtures and devices; painting; flooring; water heater replacement; carpentry/framing; tuck point; electrical troubleshooting and repairs; installing conduit in trenches, pulling wire, and installing sectionalizer boxes. In most cases, I was the lead for the project.

Oversaw a construction team that did everything from remodeling/maintaining rental properties and commercial buildings to remodeling historic Hyde Park homes to building a new theatre from almost scratch. We also did the networking and custom fabrication on a 40 room gaming facility. Very hands on with all aspects of construction and handled work tickets personally in the company's 25+ property portfolio. Occasionally helped out with the production teams projects which included delivery and installs for stages, lights, and sound tech.

• Responsible for work tickets, projects, building inspections and PM, occasional make-readies, pool management. Completed daily, weekly and monthly checklists on building equipment to maintain records of scheduled maintenance procedures.

Responsible for work orders, make ready, drywall, painting, electrical, plumbing, appliance troubleshooting/repair, installation, some construction, snow removal, some landscaping, trashouts and on call for apartment complexes. Normally stationed at one property but sent to any of 6 properties in the region as needed.

Responsibilities included preventative facilities maintenance, daily building inspections, landscaping, snow/ice removal, pool maintenance, carpentry/building repair, electrical and plumbing needs, along with responsibility of building surveillance system.

Responsible for day to day work orders, email communication, communication with contractors/vendors, scheduled maintenance on several machines/systems, landscaping, snow/ice removal. Occasionally implementing new systems, demolition to fabricating/construction when building needs arose, pool maintenance, equipment maintenance/repair, addressing supply needs/orders, and I was also responsible for security/lock systems. As this company expanded so did my responsibilities, and my main objective while working here has always been to remain flexible to address the ongoing needs of the company.
