I primarily care for elderly individuals who are either fully independent and only require occasional assistance with cleaning, bathing, and companionship, or those who are completely dependent on us caregivers, including bedridden patients and elderly individuals with severe conditions such as blindness, restricted mobility, autism, and so on. The primary objective of this role is to empower and support those who are unable to live independently. It is a crucial career because our elderly deserve to have companionship and support.

I led a team of 2 data entry clerks, overseeing daily operations to ensure that all data is entered completely with efficiency and accurate data entry, I hired 2 non-experienced data entry clerks when i first joined to fix the team problems Jack was having. I reworked all training materials, with up to date training, and resources to ensure they are able to operate at top efficiency with a 5% mistake margin, we ended our first year together with a decrease of 2.5% in our mistake margin.

I began as a cashier, serving and assisting over 400 customers daily. Before my first week was over, I had learned Walmart’s old POS machines by myself. Driven by my desire for growth, I transitioned to the stocking department. Our daily routine involved two to three trucks, which honed my time management skills, particularly when handling frozen and refrigerated goods. Additionally, I learned how to maintain and organize the back room efficiently and tidily to ensure smooth operations.
