- For the past nearly six years as a Team Leader worked daily with the scrap process both in ontrack and in cmms.
- Had to make judgment calls based on my experience on the proper call of where to charge scrap.
- Worked daily with QOSC and SPC on understanding various defects and how to properly charge responsible party.
- I have been able to draw on my past work history to identify where defects came from.

In the stamping department scrap is created daily
I work with die makers and the press operator to help identify defects and reduce scrap created in the press
I work with the floor techs on quality both in identifying defects and making judgment call on how to handle them
I work with metal finishers on defect parts they receive from the press
Some of these defects have to be scrapped and it is my responsibility to determine how and where the damage came from and then charge it to the responsible party
