- My two main jobs as SDL were monitoring volume flow to optimize sales and ensuring that the needs of our customers were met and communicated with utmost urgency by our frontline staff. My tasks varied day to day, but I was largely responsible for any ordering, organizing, displaying, and maintaining product inventory done by our sales rep/merchandiser crew throughout all our primary accounts ranging from Summit County to Granby. I drove upwards of 750 miles/week from Denver to Frisco/Breckenridge/Leadville/Granby checking on merch's and sales reps to make sure they put forth their very best when it came to implementing Pepsi standards and expectations while maintaining product inventory in our coolers, displays, aisles and back rooms. I actively engaged with store managers to address any issues or concerns they'd have leading to top notch service from our drivers, merchandisers and sales reps. I would drop off and sometimes build display models intended for seasonal/promotional deals year round, and established numerous points of sale throughout all my big stores. Other responsibilities I was occasionally tasked with include training new hire sales reps/merchandisers, sending weekly team mileage reports and time edits to payroll, as well as conducting weekly team meetings addressing account updates and sales reports. I demonstrated top tier professionalism and learned a great deal about large format sales during my time with Pepsico.

- Whether it was route planning/monitoring, repacking, working the dock, yard marshaling, you name it, I've done nearly every ground task during my time at DDE5. My primary duty however, was assuring the demands of the company and our customers were met on a daily basis. Some of my time consisted of assisting associates during pick and stage cycle either locate, relabel and/or repack damaged orders. In the delivery bay my job was to help drivers and OTR staff identify and address issues that could arise on their routes, as well as locate missing packages/left behinds before a problem could occur. I would then switch over to cycle 1, where I solely worked with OTR anywhere needed, from route monitoring to mapping to validating vehicle entrance/exit of delivery bay.
