Domestic Site Launches — Communication Solutions, As Training Director I played an instrumental role in opening sites in Emporia, KS, Lincoln, NE, Miami, OK and Sallisaw, OK. In each site opening I traveled to the locations to support in finding and developing leaders, overseeing and participating in initial training classes, as well as managing and developing initial groups and leaders. This helped CS, LLC achieve growth and success at all sights creating profitable programs at each and every sight. With these openings we achieved in growing our largest client to over 100,000 monthly hours, which in turn created millions of dollars in revenue and positive ROI at every location., Near Shore Launch — Communication Solutions, As a Sales Trainer I was selected to help in leading the opening of a near shore site in the Dominican Republic. This included me traveling to the DR and spending the initial 10 weeks of the opening on site. I facilitated two initial classes, assisted in both managing and developing the initial coaches and senior supervisors. We exceeded sales and service expectations, so much so that after my first 5 weeks there our Fortune 500 client requested to double my hours expectations. This site developed into the most profitable site in the company with the most full time employees of any program and largest margins in the company. The company achieved multi-million dollar revenue growth from results from this site., New Plug and Play Broadband Program Launch — Communication Solutions, During my time as Senior Operations Manager CS, LLC was chosen by a Fortune 500 telecommunications client to assist in leading a new same-day broadband program launch. I lead the lone sales and service group working closely with the Project Manager for our client. We started with 8 initial agents. Due to our success, the program grew into a group with over 150 full time employees. Revenues from this program grew to millions annually. This is still a program that is offered by the client to this day., Remote Training Program Launch — Communication Solutions, In my role as Training Director I assisted in leading the launch of a remote training program for an inbound sales program contracted by a multi-billion dollar telecommunication company. This involved renting a location in a city where there was not an existing site and training employees, whereas, upon completion of training team members were sent home with equipment to work from home. I accompanied a senior sales manager and two trainers to both Des Moines, IA and Davenport to facilitate classes and help manage in a “greenhouse” phase. This program was very successful and resulted in over $100,000 in monthly revenues for the company.
