  • Shipping and receiving duty's, packing items in a secure fashion to prevent damage from boxes to custom crates using proper dunnage and foam internally and using a tape gun and/or steel banding externally to ensure proper and safe shipment. Receiving items per company QMS, verifying packing slips to purchase orders, then entering inventory totals in company inventory computer files by project. Reporting any discrepancy to my immediate supervisor and purchasing department.
  • Quality standards AS9100D and ISO9001, Controlled unclassified information (CUI), and proprietary information training received.
  • Used calibrated tooling to inspect incoming parts i.e. calipers, micrometers, height gauge, and pin gauges, referencing the purchase order(PO) and engineering drawings to insure fit, form and function. Reviewing First article inspection report (FAIR), Material traceability, material lot number, suppliers job/work order numbers. Verified the Acceptable quality level (AQL) standard was met per the purchase order.
  • Used hand tools, cordless tools, torque wrenches, arbor press, drill press, tap and die sets, calibrated barometer and calibrated light meter in production and manufacturing.

  • Store Manager, Fair Muffler and Brake, 08/2000 - 07/2003, Transferred to the company's best performing store as manager. Achieved the greatest profit for one day's sales, doubling the previous record. The store reached a 32% increase in sales under my supervision.
