Summary of Responsibilities

Assist the manager to manage the supervision the daily operation and focused of the guest on delivering a personalized service at very high level of standard, problem solving to increase guest satisfaction and recognition. Created and maintained a performance environment characterized by positive leadership and a strong team orientation. Motivated staff to improve efficiency accordingly, provided training and development opportunities as appropriate, ability to remain at ease in stressful environments, and effectively handle multi-task level of responsibility.

Work Description

  • Responsible for general appearance and maintenance of restaurant and room service working areas.
  • Responsible for staffing scheduling, plans work assignment based on room occupancy forecast, and VIP list. Adjust the schedules to meet the emergencies, coordinates with the other manager regarding emergency staff.
  • Maintain proper records of sales, guest complaints, solution and all concerns pertaining to personal or equipment in appropriate logbooks for reference.
  • Brief personal on preparations, service and content of menu items. Coordinates with kitchen on daily or monthly special and promotion.
  • Responsible for holding a daily briefings and monthly communication meeting to discuss various aspects of food service item placed by guests.
  • Attend to guest complaints, request or inquiries regarding food and service.
