- Managed projects up to $500k. Over $500k, the project was managed by Corporate Real Estate PM.
- Proficient in Bluebeam, beginner on AutoCAD. Site visits to produce “As built” floorplans for Corporate Real Estate portfolio.
- Direct supervision of 14 Facility Managers, 12 Facility Assistants, and 8 Maintenance technicians.
