  • I oversee all culinary operations at both restaurant locations as well as the catering department.
  • Oversaw the hiring process for new kitchen managers as well as trained them individually to navigate through a transitional period within the organization.
  • Implemented financial software systems in order to operate at the highest financial level possible.
  • Created a recipe book within our management software to ensure consistency and quality within all of our kitchens.
  • Underwent a facilities overhaul in order to update equipment, install make up air unit, new walk in and freezer units, and overall improve functionality within our kitchens.
