My first official job at Outback Steakhouse taught me lots on how to put myself out there and communicate with peers in a real life setting (outside of school). Along with communication with customers and coworkers who are older than me. Meeting and creating many new friendships with people at my work has been such a fun experience and can truly be something I have taken away from my first job. Along with that being under pressure on a busy Saturday night rush taught me lots of management and judgment skills as a host especially being on a wait. Being more on the introverted side but learning how to communicate with guest and my bosses effectively so I know how to do my job is something that I found was important. Being part of a team, memorizing the menu, memorizing the floor chart, and overall getting experience in a service based industry is one of the most important things I have taken away in my few months of work as a host and to-go person.
Currently holding a 3.9 cumulative GPA in my high school career.
Principal honor roll 4 semesters in a row.
Maintain a job/ school life balance.
