Responsibilities Include:

• Pioneering a relationship with my client company through new techniques.
• Access management for 6000+ users via automated and manual decision making.
• Overhauling a Quarterly 8 hour project into a Monthly 30 minute project via AI empowered automation efforts. This saves 20 working hours annually while increasing report frequency by 300%.
• Incident response, with deadline times as low as 2 hours, for my client company. Including direct communication and cooperation with C-Level decision makers.

As a member of a small MSP, I wore many hats. Responsibilities and accomplishments during this time included:

• Overseeing the Patch Management meetings for several hundred machines.
• Designing and testing multiple virtual PBX phone systems for various clients.
• Performed monthly EDR auditing for over 1,000 machines.
• As needed, worked on Tier 1/Tier 2 escalations for a variety of issues.
• Interfaced directly (face to face, over the phone, via meetings) with several clients to resolve discrepancies and answer questions.
• Participated in several meetings concerning the security posture of clients in Healthcare (HIPAA), Banking (NY-DFS, SOC 2), and commercial enterprise (PCI-DSS & NIST CSF).
