I have been with Cargill for almost twenty years. I started out as a Sales CSR which included filing, answering phones, a lot of clerical work. Then I started assisting the CAMS representative. I entered contracts and helped customers who were unable to reach the representative. I understand and can explain most all marketing solutions. I am friendly and willing to help customers or other team members.
Contract entry, maintenance and auditing.
Answer phones promptly and keep the flow moving during peak harvest hours.
Apply customer tickets and settle grain.
Answer customer questions regarding tickets, settlements and grain application.
Assist marketer through pricings, running reports and supporting customers when out of pocket.
Direct customers to digital services Cargill offers and teaching how to best benefit their operation.
