I managed 50%-100% caseload of a therapist. The population consists entirely of patients considered medically complex with neurological impairments.

Provided ambulatory care, ceiling lift transfers, stretching, assisted exercises, performed annual PT evaluations, and worked with the care team on botox and bedrail justification forms. Monitored and documented spasticity and epilepsy for medication effect feedback.

• Teaching Human Anatomy Lab in person and on zoom and conducting weekly extended-study sessions
• Teaching from and continuous maintenance of human donor cadavers.

• Received specialized training in Cuevas Medex Exercises (CME) Psychomotor Therapy at Novogrow, LLC in New Milford, New Jersey for one week in October 2018.

• Personal care for geriatric patients with impaired movement and cognitive abilities, mostly patients who had suffered, Alzheimer's, dementia, or a stroke
• Patient transportation, bed bathes, assisted showers, exercised prescribed by a physical and occupational therapist, changing clothes and diapers, cooking, feeding, and monitoring patient wellness.

167 hours as a PT & OT Inpatient Aide, and COVID screening table attendant.

As an Aide, I interacted with patients as they performed treatment, I cleaned the clinic wiping down all surfaces and equipment, and I assisted the Physical and Occupational therapist with transportation and safety of patients.
