• Manager the Ebola Community Economic Plate Project (ECAP1&2) funded by USAID and implemented through Mercy Corp via YMCA.
• Manager Economic Recovery Ebola Rehabilitation of Liberia Project (EREL1&2) funded by USAID and implemented through Mercy Corp via YMCA.
• Coordinate and report with partners on projects implementations.

• Coordinated with the International Exchange Office and related Departments in arranging programs.
• Represented students in line with establish rules and regulations at the level of the University Authority.
• Reported on status from representation to the student body and obtain feed backed for the improvement of the union.

• Conducted annual audits on the Government of Liberia Consolidated Account.
• Supervised the continuous audits at the Ministry of Education, Ministry of Public Works, Ministry of Labor and Ministry of Finance.
• Reported on the consolidated audit and continuous audits.
• Prepared audit plans for the Department
• Reviewed GOL Draft Budget Estimate submitted to the Legislature
• Reviewed Accounting Policies, regulations and provided suggestions to the Working Group establishment for the creation of an Accounting Manuel in Liberia.

• Guided line Ministries/Agencies in preparing their Fiscal Budget.
• Reviewed and analyzed budget submission by Agency and Ministry under my supervision.
• Attended budget hearing and provided analysis on Ministries and Agencies budget submission to Budget Committee.
• Prepared monthly allotments for Ministries/Agencies.
• Prepared monthly consolidated allotment to date report.
• Supervised controller in making cash plan and other related budget analysis.
• Monitored and evaluated various Line Ministries/Agencies budget performances.
• Processed Personnel Action Notices (PANs) for Ministries/Agencies.
• Analyzed assigned GOL Payroll in order to avoid manpower exceeding Basic Salaries Appropriation.
