To greet the customers when they come into the store. I need to understand the effects of different products, ask customers what problems they want to solve, and then introduce the products that can solve their problems so that they can buy the products. I also need to understand the different promotional activities of the store to attract customers to come into the store to inquire about the promotions and to buy the products that can be promoted. Sometimes customers are given coupons for the products they buy, and I need to familiarize myself with those coupons so that I can help customers spend them effectively. I also need to remind customers of the freebies that come with their purchases. I also need to encourage customers to become members of our store because it is a benefit to both the store and the customer. Customers can access their points by becoming a member so that they can exchange their points for cash that they can spend in the store, and for the store, because the mechanism of accessing their points makes more customers spend in the store, the store can get more revenue.

主動跟進店裏的客戶打招呼。 我需要了解不同產品的功效，然後問出客戶想要解決的問題，最後再介紹可以解決客戶問題 的產品給他，以便客戶購買產品。 我亦需要了解店舖的不同優惠活動，以便吸引客戶進店裏詢問優惠以及購買可以得到優惠的 產品。 有時候客戶買的產品會送出各種優惠券，我需要熟悉那些優惠券，以便幫助客戶有效地把優 惠券消費掉。 我還會提醒客戶購買那些產品會送出那些的贈品。 我亦需要鼓勵客戶成為我們店舖的會員因為這是一種 對店舗和客戶都有利的做法・客戶可以 通過成為會員 存取積分，以便將積分換成可以在店舖裏消費的現金，而對於店舖來說，因為存取積分這一個機制令到更多客戶到店裏消費，因此店鋪能得到更多的收益。
